We had an AMAZING experience with Ashley! We have not received our mattress just yet as we did push out delivery a couple weeks because of the holidays coming up, but she made the experience so enjoyable she was knowledgeable about the mattresses especially with my should and neck pain, but she really helped occupy my four-year-old son who we had with us and made it so fun for him while my husband and I made a huge decision on a large purchase. I would highly recommend the store and if you’re lucky enough to get Ashley as the sales rep, you will not be disappointed!

We could not be more pleased with Anthony’s customer service! How approachable, knowledgeable and friendly he was. We came with knowledge from our past and from our research regarding mattresses and it left us nothing but more confused. We have dealt with many associates like Anthony before and none of them comes close to him. He was able to answer every question we had and we had many! He put us at peace and was very patient and thorough without making us feel like he wants to make a sale, we felt zero pressure. We thought this experience would take days maybe weeks to decide on the what mattress we will go with. But because of how Anthony was with us we were able to decide not only on the mattress but also we wanted to give him more business and end up getting adjustable bed frame, 4 pillows and 2 sets of sheets. Was shopping around today for sofa's and went in to Cape Furniture Outlet to see what they may have, Travis greeted me, showed a few in my price range and i decided on one, i needed to order as it wasnt in store.
