City Mattress

New to the state of FL (From CO) and had no idea how hard it would be to shop for a CA King size mattress. City Mattress was recommended after another store fell remarkably short of expectations. My wife and I worked with Chris who was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us. He went above and beyond to show us a variety of mattresses and when we found one that we loved, we learned it would need to be manufactured (here in FL) and would be delivered, no later than two weeks. Chris stated he'd try to work with this manufacturer for a rushed order. We never felt uncomfortable, or pressured and found Chris to be polite, genuine, and kind. Fast forward to last weekend when I called the store just to see if there was any news, and although Chris was busy, Al was kind enough to let us know that the mattress was manufactured and that he could get it delivered one week earlier than the scheduled date. The movers were quick and courteous as well. This was an impressive stored, led by an impressive manager (Chris) with a quality team. I'd encourage all to come in and work with these folks. We'll be back.

Ordered a couple of items and had some issues with my order, reached out to the store and talked to Chris. I have to say, I’m greatly surprised by the high level of professionalism and how he handled the whole process, found the best possible option and was clear and communicative the whole time, thank you so much for such a great service. I would undoubtedly recommend anyone looking for products or services they offer to select this store as their to go place in the area.

The experience with the Cape Coral Florida City Mattress was beyond my expectations. My husband and I went in three weeks ago and had the pleasure of meeting Frank and he was absolutely amazing. Provided us with the information we needed while looking for our new mattress. Within the three weeks we looked at other places and products and nothing would compare. Went back to City Mattress and spoke with Brandon the second time and he was also very knowledgeable. Neither he or Frank ever pushed us to make a decision. I am happy to say today we made our purchase on our new Prana Mattress. Thanks to Frank and Brandon for excellent customer service and knowledge.
