She took the time to really understand what I needed and helped guide me to the right choice without any pressure. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Ashley, I probably wouldn’t have made the purchase today. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, and I’m very grateful for the effort she put in to help me. Customer service like that is hard to find, and it truly stood out. I needed a special box spring for a platform bed and had called around to other locations, but no one had it available and I was told I’d have to wait until the next day. When I called this store, Ashley and Antonio were extremely helpful, intuitive, and quick to coordinate everything so I could get exactly what I needed right away. Thanks to them, I was able to pick up my item the same day. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish—highly recommend this location!
