I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm today, and I want to recognize Ashley for going above and beyond. From the moment we started talking, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what I needed and helped guide me to the right choice without any pressure.
Honestly, if it wasn’t for Ashley, I probably wouldn’t have made the purchase today. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, and I’m very grateful for the effort she put in to help me. Customer service like that is hard to find, and it truly stood out. Thank you, Ashley!
In my opinion she definitely deserves a promotion!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Antonio, who went above and beyond in helping my dad choose the perfect mattresses. Customer service like this is truly rare. From the moment we walked in, Antonio was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure my dad found exactly what he needed. He took his time explaining every detail—comfort levels, support, durability, and even what work best for my dad’s health and sleeping habits. He never rushed us, never pushed a sale, and made sure my dad tested different options until he felt confident and comfortable. It was clear that Antonio truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
What really stood out was his kindness and professionalism. He treated my dad with so much respect, and you could tell he wanted us to leave happy and satisfied. Thanks to him, my dad found the right mattresses without any stress or confusion.

I had a great experience with Antonio at the Mattress Firm on S. Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers. He was very patient with me and my kids. I appreciate his honesty and how accommodating he was to us. Highly recommended.

Antonio was great! Very friendly very helpful made the process super quick and easy. Showed me a few different beds and help me select the perfect one in my budget. Bought a total of three mattresses and base units was in and out in under 45 minutes highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm Clearance Center in Fort Myers! I spoke with Ashley and Antonio, and both went above and beyond to help me. I needed a special box spring for a platform bed and had called around to other locations, but no one had it available and I was told I’d have to wait until the next day. When I called this store, Ashley and Antonio were extremely helpful, intuitive, and quick to coordinate everything so I could get exactly what I needed right away. Thanks to them, I was able to pick up my item the same day. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish—highly recommend this location!
