We had a great experience purchasing our mattress. Alex was very informative and made our purchase very easy. He was very patient and let us try all the different mattresses and told us about all the pros and cons of the different types and brands. He was very good at explaining the protection plans and we ended up getting a really nice mattress, adjustable base and the protection plans for a pretty good price.

Alex was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment I walked in, he took the time to understand my budget and financial situation instead of just trying to make a sale. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right mattress at a price I was comfortable with. He went above and beyond by walking me through multiple options, explaining the differences without any pressure, and making sure I felt confident in my decision. On top of that, he even threw in a couple freebies, which was a really thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. Ryan was absolutely the best! We came in to just really to browse and get an idea of what we was looking for. He greeted us as soon as we came and spoke with us got to know us a little better. We gave him a rough budget of what we was able to work with. Throughout the process he was so patient with us as we tried alot of beds, showed us some options within our budget didnt try to push us outside of that which was awesome! We love that he gave us some space to breathe to decide and test out the beds, that is something we loved it felt relieving to know we wasn't being pressured into buying something if we wasnt ready but to be treated like a human being instead of a dollar sign that alone was meaningful to us He was overall one of the best salesperson we'd recommend him to anyone! Great service. Before I even walked in the store I was greeted by Julian and he immediately knew the type of bed I would like based on my height, weight etc. Extremely knowledgeable and personal, and you could tell the passion he and the staff have with ensuring customers have an excellent sleep experience. I’m new to the area and needed a bed the same day, and they were able to deliver. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Grade A.

Holiday weekend purchase, so it was busy. Great job by the sales team providing information about the mattress types and were helpful in choosing the mattress and frame we purchased. Delivery and setup completed next working day by friendly and knowledgeable guys who did a great job setting up and cleaning up. Jury is still out on the mattress. Enjoying the free trial.
