Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I’ve been in search of a new couch for months! I finally found the one and I can’t be happier. Kay was excellent, professional and helpful. She gave us our time and answered all our questions. This is my second purshace at Bob’s I definitely recommend 😁

Jason was extremely helpful in finding the right product to fit my needs. He was very polite and pleasant not pushy and in a rush. He was respectful and a joy to do business with. I enjoyed talking with him. He also invited us to have ice cream and give helpful information about my previous purchase.

We really like Bob’s. The in person customer service is always exceptional. We went for a specific item to add to our pervious purchase. Got a lil extra. Peter greeted us immediately yet not aggressively. He answered questions we didn’t even know we had. Five stars to Peter.

We had a really great experience working with Raphael. From the start, he was super personable, low pressure, and just easy to talk to. He clearly knows his stuff, but explains everything in a way that doesn’t feel like a sales pitch at all. I came in with my wife, our daughter, and our 6 month old, and he couldn’t have been kinder, more relatable or more patient with all of us. That alone stood out. On top of that, he’s genuinely funny, which made the whole process way more enjoyable than you’d expect when shopping for furniture. What really impressed me was that I took a while before coming back (life got busy) and when I did, Raphael picked up right where we left off like he had taken notes from our last interaction. He remembered what we liked and helped us finish up the purchase. Even when the store was having some WiFi issues, he stayed completely on point and somehow made the situation fun instead of frustrating. Overall, just a great guy and a true professional. If you’re going to Bobs, ask for Raphael you’ll be in good hands!

I didn't know that we would get such individual attention. My first time in a Bob's furniture. Bonnie was our Sales associate and she was amazing. We bought an entire living room set with no pressure. All good stuff. Would recommend.
