Mattress Firm Coconut Creek Margate

I got a sealy mattress and the adjustable frame. It’s wonderful. My back feels so much better thank you Mattress firm even my dog loves it. It’s funny he snores. He falls in such deep sleep with a new mattress.🐕‍🦺❤️❤️❤️😇

On February 7th I went mattress shopping and I had the day planned out to head out to diff stores that sells mattresses. But boy I didn’t have to look anywhere else after stopping here! My sleep expert was Michael and he was so patient!! You can just tell that he loves people and just love his job! We ended up just purchasing the mattress. He was very informative and I loved that he listens to his customer. I came in store with a budget and other needs and I loved how he wasn’t forceful to purchase or go way above my budget. Very friendly! May his pillow stay warm during this winter lol!

I had an extremely satisfying in-store purchase experience! Rob was very helpful! He provided me with outstanding customer service and created a phenomenal purchasing atmosphere for me. Thanks to Rob my decision making process for my new King mattress was easy and concise! He also supported me in finding the perfect fit for my budget while still maintaining quality. I am a very satisfied customer!

I’ve now purchased two mattresses from Damon at Mattress Firm, and I can honestly say he is the reason I keep coming back. Damon is knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on helping you find the right mattress rather than just making a sale. When an issue came up with my recent purchase, he completely stood behind his word and honored the original deal without hesitation. That level of integrity and customer service is rare today. He made the entire process easy, stress-free, and fair from start to finish. If you want someone who is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers, ask for Damon. I highly recommend working with him and will absolutely return for future purchases.

The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the materials, construction, and differences between each mattress, which made me feel confident in my decision. I never felt pressured, and they were very respectful of my budget. They worked with me to find multiple options that fit my price range while still meeting my comfort and quality expectations. I truly appreciated how helpful and informative they were throughout the entire process. Buying a mattress can feel overwhelming, but they made it easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress!
