Michael was super kind, welcoming, and immediately ready to help. Even though it’s a smaller showroom, he helped me quickly locate all the mattresses I wanted to lay on and made the process feel easy and relaxed. He was very patient and gave me plenty of time to try everything without any pressure. I never felt rushed, and he was happy to answer my questions and guide me when I needed help. He also did a great job working within my budget and was very transparent about pricing. On top of that, he offered excellent financing options, which is a huge benefit for anyone who wants flexibility with payments. His friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a big impression.
