We had a 5 star experience with the assistance of Rossana Bandes! I was hesitant to shop for what I wanted (beach, coastal vibe furniture) at El Dorado but my husband suggested we just look. Rossana was warm and welcoming when we arrived. We explained exactly what we were looking for and she began to navigate us through the massive showroom to point out items that matched our request! We looked at several large sectional couches, sleeper sofas, dining room sets, counter stools, credenzas and accent chairs. Not all matched our needs but a couple were perfect! She really understood what we wanted in terms of style. We will definitely use Rossana’s services again as we need to purchase additional furnishings.

My husband and I have visited the El Dorado Furniture store in Coconut Creek on several occasions, and we have always been assisted by Rossana. She is a wonderful person—very kind, helpful, and accommodating. She showed us various options to help us choose the best pieces for our dining and living rooms. On one occasion, she even visited our home alongside the decorator, Mariela, to offer us ideas—and Mariela provided some truly lovely suggestions. Best furniture shopping experience at this El Dorado location, period. The furniture selection here is amazing and stands out among competing stores in the region. We could not find a single piece we liked for our new home anywhere else, but at El Dorado, we furnished our entire home.
A special thank you goes to store associate/designer Rossana, who not only took great care of us but also visited our home, took all the necessary measurements, and helped design our floor plan. She was instrumental in recommending furniture pieces and décor and did an amazing job, making our new home look fantastic.
Ordering and delivery went smoothly thanks to Rossana’s diligence and the store management’s help in arranging a suitable delivery date. Overall, we are extremely happy with the furniture, the shopping experience, and highly recommend this store. Thank you!
