Sleep Number

Matt was amazing! He was patient, highly knowledgeable of all the products, funny and friendly. My husband and I purchased a sleep number bed 24 years ago, loved it but we relied on Matt to explain the new technology for our new sleep number bed. He ensured all of our particular special sleep needs were met, including our service dog! Also, Bill was great too and assured our bed was the right one for us. These gentleman are an awesome team, epitomize customer service. This was a big important purchase for us and they knocked it out of the park.

Had a great experience with Sleep Number in Coconut Creek with William. He provided a helpful service and answered all our questions while keeping the information very accessible. Highly recommended!

Jonathan at the Margate location was wonderful. A week ago he was able to change my delivery date without issue and when I came in to make an exchange of pillows he was so helpful and made it seem less.

Matt was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, professional and attentive to all our needs. Our close friends had walked in a few minutes before us and Matt was able to assist all four of us and answer all our questions and concerns which made us happy. He is very dynamic with a great sense of humor too. Can’t wait to have our bed delivered in a few days!

Matt and Kevin were extremely knowledgeable and informative in helping me make my decision to purchase a sleep number bed. They were not intimidating and helped me arrive at my own decisions with no pressure or sales pitch. It’s because of this quality that I felt they were very trustworthy of my business .
