Mattress Firm Cortez Commons

Awesome experience at the Cortez blvd , Brooksville fl store . Brad S. Has made our entire experience in purchasing a bed amazing . Zero pushy sales tactics . When asking questions about different mattresses he has the info . The first mattress set we purchased turned out to not be a good fit for me . Brad made the entire process easy peasy and I like that . He asked me so many questions about what wasn’t working for me in the one we purchased . So the end all is we fell in love with one of his picks for us , and he knocked it out of the ballpark . We purchased the Kingsdown Crown imperial and it’s been amazing . We have had it now like 2 months and it’s simply amazing ! Brad S. Knows his mattresses and pillows . He set us up great . He truly listens to his customers and he knows his products . The pillow he fit me for has Ben the best pillow I have ever owned . Seeing I have an old neck injury that makes me more sensitive , it’s hard for me to find a great pillow ! My neck injury is from 2004 and the tempur pedicpillie he fit for me has been a dream . This is the first time since 2004 that I don’t wake up hurting or needing muscle relaxers ! This sales manager knows his stuff lol Give them a try , you won’t regret it , just tell him Cindy sent ya

It's nice to know you can go to the same business in a different state and get the same quality service. I bought a mattress in 2017 and it basically changed my life no joking, I went from having to roll over every 5 minutes because of the pain in my back to being able to sleep for almost an hour before I had to roll over. I have three herniated discs one with an annular tear and one degenerative disc, spinal stenosis along the whole right side, and arthritis in my neck and shoulders and hips. Fast forward to today I went in to discuss the differences in the new technology between my old mattress and the new mattresses and thanks to the top quality help from, the staff specifically Bradley. It's nice when someone actually loves their job and understands the importance of a good night's sleep. So I'm happy to say that my mattress will be here tomorrow.

What a pleasant experience. Danny was a great salesperson, while not being a high pressure salesman he was there to answer any and all questions I had. It was nice being in the store to buy a mattress without having someone try to sell you something you don’t really want. Thank you for the pleasant experience. I will be sure to tell others about the experience and the great price on the mattress I purchased

Brad at Mattress Firm provided outstanding service. He honored my 10-year warranty with only six months left, giving me full credit, which I truly appreciated. He was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, and there was no pressure to upgrade or make a quick decision. I had read great reviews about Brad and this store, and they were absolutely true. Highly recommend!

I write this as I enjoy my first night in our new Tempurpedic adjustable bed. If you’re looking to purchase a Tempurpedic make sure to go see Lenore at Mattress Firm. We originally we down to Tampa and purchased directly from Tempurpedic thinking that was the best option. Boy were we wrong. After 2 weeks of waiting and their shipping company giving only 2 options the entire week, we cancelled and called Mattress Firm. Lenore was so patient with me when I called out of frustration. She guaranteed me a bed in 2 days. It was the easiest process from start to finish. She even explained more in depth on the warranty and bed functions than my prior sales associate. This was a good reminder to shop local. Thank you, Lenore!
