Mattress Firm Metro Crossing Supercenter

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm, and Kelsey was the reason it went so smoothly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale. She took the time to ask the right questions, explained the differences between options in a way that actually made sense, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Kelsey made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I left confident that I chose the best mattress for my needs. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re going to Mattress Firm, do yourself a favor and ask for Kelsey. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back again!

I've been without a bed planned to move last summer so started getting rid of things that I didn't want to move, my queen size bed and frame were too much to move to an apartment.then heart problems came on and everything was on hold. Had considered getting a on line exact set up but being 73 just had to try it first. When finally tired of sleepping in a recliner I stopped in this store and was shocked on how great it felt. So today went back and purchased the same set up I was looking at on line for the same price that included delivery set up and testing. I am very satisfied with the quality and the sales person was very helpful and took time to explain everything I had questions about. Highly recommend this store over on line.

Had a new employee write up my purchase..he did great! I knew what I wanted, manager price matched and I was heading for my home in no time at all.

Kelsey made me feel comfortable from the get go. She was knowledgeable and asked the right questions. She was not pushy and let me make the decision. Besides the product she is a big reason I chose to buy.

The Store Manager, was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she led me right to the perfect one. She also showed and explained the differences in the box springs. Very impressed!
