Alexandra was amazing to work with. We had purchased a mattress from her Labor Day of 2025 and then due to Mold exposure we need to purchase another one and she really helped us get a good deal. She knew exactly what we want and needed and I didn’t even have to go in. I just had to text her and she worked to accommodate us. She is attentive, pleasant and really works to help her customers. We originally bought a mattress from Alexandra in the Milford store for the Labor Day sale 2025. We had a great experience and she worked to help us. Get an excellent mattress at an amazing price and worked out financing for us as well. It was an unexpected purchase due to needing to get rid of our mattress due to Mold exposure. Fast forward to Memorial Day 2026 and the new mattress which we never slept one night on, had also become exposed to Mold and we needed to purchase a new mattress. Alexandra worked to get us an excellent deal again, knowing that we had lost almost all of our belongings. She tried to help us and we were able to get almost exactly the same deal. She was always attentive and returned our calls and texts promptly and was very kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend Alexandra and MATTRESS FIRM of Milford!

Salesperson Chris from the Milford CT store was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, polite and friendly. He asked me a lot of questions and he answered all the questions I had for him. He had me try several different mattresses and I tried those mattresses many many times. Once I chose the mattress I wanted he explained everything including the policy, warranty, the entire mattress inside and out. He paid attention to my priorities needed for the mattress I needed to purchase. He did not pressure me at all. I highly dislike being pressured and will leave a business immediately as soon as I feel I am. You have an asset in your company with Chris!! He’s a gem 💎!!
