Rich Lawrence at P C Richards was an exceptional salesperson. He was very informed, he listened to exactly what we were looking for and there was no high pressure. He gave us options and was polite and very friendly. We were impressed and proceeded to make a significant purchase because of him.

My husband and I were honestly just planning to do a little window shopping when we stopped by P.C. Richard & Son after seeing a mattress sale flyer. We had never been there before and weren’t planning on making any big purchases — just browsing! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by every employee we passed, which already made us feel so welcomed. We mentioned we were just looking around, and no one pressured us at all. We’ve been wanting a new mattress for a while but never really made the time to go test any out. So there we were, trying every mattress in sight 😂 and narrowing it down to two favorites. That’s when Syndie approached us and asked if we needed help. We told her we were “just window shopping,” but that didn’t discourage her one bit. She stayed so sweet, patient, and attentive. She gave us a few recommendations, and one of the mattresses she suggested ended up being my second favorite — it was EXTREMELY soft and comfortable! Even when we said we weren’t planning to buy that day, she said, “Come, let me see what I can do for you.” And she really meant it. Syndie went above and beyond to help us with pricing and discounts. I really wanted a specific set of pillows, but they were out of stock — and somehow she managed to get us the display pillows AND gave us a great discount on them! She also helped us open a credit card to maximize our savings. But what truly stood out was the connection. We didn’t just feel like customers — we felt heard. She genuinely cared about our input and what felt right for us. She wasn’t just trying to make a sale; she wanted us to be happy with our decision. We walked in “just looking” and walked out with a new mattress, pillows, mattress cover — and such an amazing experience at a store we had never even been to before. Syndie made our first visit unforgettable. We left feeling so satisfied and excited about our purchase. Customer service like that is rare, and she truly deserves recognition! We went shopping for a new washer and dryer after having used ones for well over a decade. Not knowing too much about these new updated washing machines. My husband and I needed a little guidance and thankfully we met Richie from PC Richards. His knowledge of the new updated versions was helpful. He helped us pick out the one that would just fit our needs. He was very friendly and even got the delivering sooner than we had expected. It was nice to walk into a business and have someone work with you.

We came into today on Black Friday looking for a TV and a Blender. We asked for Randy because he has helped us in the past and we always have been very pleased. He took his time with us and was very detailed and patient with us. We will recommend him to all our Friends!!! 👍😁
