Our experience at the Milford location working with Patsy was outstanding. We spent a lot of time there and she was extremely knowledgeable as well as patient as we took our time in making our selection. I highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for a new bed. Great experience purchasing a Sleep Number mattress. Zak was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain all the options, and never made us feel pressured. He answered all our questions and helped us find the right fit for our needs. Highly recommend both the mattress and working with Zak!

I had a great buying experience at the Milford, CT Sleep Number store—Moses was excellent. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was the opposite. For my deliveries, the base was taken out of the box outside, placed on the ground, and carried in without the packaging that should protect it. The first base was scratched and damaged from being dragged into the elevator. The replacement was again unboxed outside and bumped against stairs and railings on the way up. For a premium product, this is not white glove service. I was told that Sleep Number “doesn’t allow boxes in the home,” which doesn’t make sense when packaging protects the product. The delivery lead also reused legs from the damaged base. Overall, very disappointing delivery standards despite an excellent in store experience.

My wife and I went into The Sleep Number Store in Milford CT with all intentions of purchasing a bed. When we walked in, we were greeted by Zak. He was an excellent sales associate. He started showing us all the options we have with a P6 mattress and working his way up. At no time did we feel pressured. We ended up buying a i10 split king. Thank You Zak.
