Where to begin. ..I was having a really crappy day, it started with my air mattress losing most of its air over night. Long story short, it was rather difficult for me to get off the floor. So I come to your store that's closing on main St. Bridgeport and I was helped by Randy. Can I just say, what a kind, thoughtful soul. He was so helpful. I was planning on financing but your financing company wouldn't help. So with tears in my eyes I left. Later that day my dear friend went to the store after work and he bought the mattress for me. After procuring the money for the frame, I went back this evening and I ended up.paying less than quoted. The gentleman who helped me at night was Ach. He was also very kind and considerate. Both these gentlemen really helped turn my day around. I'm so grateful for the experience both of your amazing employees provided. Sincerely Suzanne Carey
View on GoogleI have no complaints about the staff or products, but the delivery process was terrible. One of our brand-new mattresses arrived opened and resealed with careless taping. Since it was raining, the mattress ended up slightly wet. To make matters worse, the delivery truck drove over our lawn and destroyed a pathway light. The drivers didn’t inform us about the damage; we only discovered it later.
View on GoogleElayne and Randy are the best! Great customer service from the phone call to my visit and after my purchase. They were even nice enough to help me put the box spring on my car. Will be coming back. Any one looking for a mattress box spring etc visit them they are truly amazing !
View on GoogleNigel was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful setting up financing for our purchase. Hope the delivery goes as currently planned, which would make this a close to perfect transaction.
View on GoogleThis is my second time purchasing a mattress from Mattress Firm & they never disappoint. Randy at the Main St location in Bridgeport was so helpful, patient, sweet, charismatic and knowledgable - not only did he help me find the right fit for me but also looked out for my best interest. I left very happy with my purchase and I cant wait to test it out ! 10/10!
