Customer support was marvelous. The agent was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, approachable, courteous, patient, and very welcoming. He easily understand my medical issues negatively effecting my sleep experience and easily identified the type mattress required to address those issues. He listened to my desires and needs, and was passionate about supporting my concerns. Because he truly listened, he knew just what I needed and was correct with his assessment. He allowed me to take my time, test the mattresses he selected, answered my questions, and asked me questions to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase decisions. I am excited about my mattress purchase because I know it is going to change my sleep experience for the better and as a result add to a more positive life style.

Daniel, the store manager, was so knowledgeable in the products and services they provide. He showed us top of the line and then different options until we were around our price range just to show us the differences. I feel we got a great deal, even without the Presidents’ Day sale going on. We just moved to Georgia from California and he made us feel at home. Even recommended a few eatery places!
