The experience was wonderful. As a side sleeper, I tried several pillows multiple times to make sure I found the right one. The young lady who assisted me was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the products. Thanks to her excellent customer service, I purchased a pillow and look forward to returning soon to purchase another one. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for personalized assistance and quality products.
