Worked with Levon who was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with the entire way. He was not pushy at all, was very personable, answered all our questions, and helped us every step of the way. We ended up having to swap out the first mattress we bought as it was not working for us and doing the exchange was incredibly easy to make happen. And the scheduling was quick. We would absolutely come back in the future and recommend this location to everyone. We had worked with a different mattress seller in the past and it was a miserable experience. This was the complete opposite of that and a breath of fresh air.
View on GoogleUnfortunately the sales associate, Dean, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Making a large purchase like a bed feels wrong when the associate is rude and belittling. He also was being very pushy with a bed frame and the mattress protector. I honestly wouldn’t put this rude and bitter person in front of house. I’m very unsatisfied with the level of professionalism at this location. Very disappointed with this location especially when compared to my great experience at the sugar house location.
View on GoogleMJ was very helpful and knowledgeable while helping me find the right pillow. She asked thoughtful questions, offered great options, and wasn’t pushy. I appreciate her help and will be back to purchase my mattress soon.
View on GoogleExcellent place to buy a mattress. The customer service was fantastic, and we felt like the salesman assisting us was a real person. He even told us other nearby mattress stores that would be good to check out and compare.
View on GoogleWe worked with Levon and he was incredible! Beyond knowledgeable and very helpful. It never felt like he was trying to sell us, but sincerely help us. Great experience!
