I would like to say a big thank you to Jonny who was our first contact in the store. He was professional and his customer service skills were top notch! Thank you for helping us pick out a perfect set up for our place. Also to the delivery and set up; Chucho and Manuel were very kind, professional and quick! They got us all set up and even helped me move an extra piece of furniture that was in the way. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm!
View on GoogleYour exceptional employee, Scott, was the kind of worker who completely changes your shopping experience for the better. From the moment you walk in, he’s attentive without being pushy, taking the time to really understand what you need instead of rushing you into a sale. He explains the differences between mattresses in a way that actually makes sense, helping you feel confident in your choice rather than overwhelmed. Scott goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable, answers every question with patience, and even shares tips to help you sleep better long after you leave the store. His genuine kindness and dedication make it clear that he cares more about helping people than just making a sale, which is why customers remember him long after they’ve found the perfect mattress.
View on GoogleExcellent customer service!!! Scott, sleep expert, was great! Showed us several mattresses and definitely knew what he was talking about. Very happy with our purchase. Definitely recommend Mattress Firm in Saratoga Springs.
View on GoogleDale was great to work with. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. He never came across as pushy and genuinely wanted to help us find the best deal.
View on GoogleBought a mattress and foundation and everything was good until we got a weird lump on the side of our mattress. We tried to warranty it bust since we were missing one thing (we couldn’t find the mattress tag but have a serial number on the bottom of the mattress) they didn’t want to help us or provide us anything except a 20% off another purchase. We bought the Sealy Postropedic PlusHybrid Highpoint king so make sure you keep everything and save the tag or you won’t get your warranty
