So just went to go get a mattress with my boyfriend was a little unverved at first because we were making such a big purchase, a big thank you to Tim for helping us out, this guy became our new best friend and answered every possible question I had for him in under and hour, He helped us out find the exact bed we want and helped us find a good sheet set and pillows. I couldn't be happier with what we've got and can't wait to see it delivered! Thank you Tim for being so nice and easy to talk to, I really appreciate the care this store has for its customers and if you guys need a new bed I encourage you to go check out mattress firm in east Peoria IL they have the best deals and the coolest employees! ♥️
View on GoogleThe sales representative, Eli, was very knowledgeable about the entire spectrum of mattresses and was willing to patiently answer our multitudes of questions. He was even courteous to our teenage son. When the store didn’t have the exact models we wanted to try, we were directed to other stores with the desired inventory. In the end, we returned to East Peoria for our second purchase at that store. Such an efficient, low pressure place to shop. Would highly recommend!
View on GoogleI had an amazing experience with associate Janay when I wanted to purchase a new mattress. I was honest about needing to save as much money as possible and she was very kind about it and looked into deals in store and online for me to look at. She also was very thoughtful about finding a bed I can sleep comfortably every night and always put my preferences first. (I can be picky and she was very patient and showed me many options!) I just received my mattress and I’m so excited to finally get a good nights sleep! Thank you Janay!

View on GoogleI wanted to give a great rating for Tim at the E. Peoria store. He was very considerate and attentive to the needs I had and to match with the best product! he also went the extra mile to find an outlet mattress so I could save $ as well. He is highly skilled in all the sales steps and sincerely wanted me as the customer to be happy with my purchase, too! LM
