Our sales representatives Jesse was great. From the minute we arrived he greeted us and made us feel welcome. He showed us around and explained the different styles of mattresses in a way that we could understand and really know how to make a knowledgeable decision on what we purchased. But wasn’t pushing us into buying. We even left to price other stores and he encouraged us to do so. At the end we ended up going back and making our purchase at Mattress Firm as they provided the most knowledgeable team, ease of purchase, quality of merchandise at the best price.
