Maria the sales person was absolutely amazing! She was kind, personable, and so Knowledgeable on all the mattress models on the floor. She took her time to explain the different types of builds and makes of the mattresses I was interested in. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something or push me to buy right away. She was so kind and respectful and let me tell you, you dont find a lot of people like her out in the sales world! She is terrific! She explained all the payment options to me to where it was easy to understand. I am so happy to have bought my new mattress from here! The bed had me hooked but maria made me feel happy and anxious free about buying. If you find yourself in need of a new mattress or pillows or anything related, i would highly recommend coming in to see her so she can help you to a goodnights sleep. Maria Ramos was very helpful, when I texted the store she provided a quick response about the sheets we wanted and had what I was looking for. Once we got to the store she was very present and helpful. In addition she spent time with us explaining to us about our new mattress even though we bought it at the Otay Mesa store.
