Eryn was AMAZING. I have never had such an amazing experience in retail before in my life!!! I had to leave a review. She was so nice and patient both on the phone and in person. She is so warm and kind, she answers all of your questions friendly and with honesty. She found me the perfect mattress for my budget and what I wanted. It was so nice meeting her and I’m so happy with my mattress!!! Will definitely go back and recommend her!! She deserves A RAISE!!! 10 stars

I walked into Mattress Firm at 386 E H St. Chula Vista looking to buy a bed frame for my Purple mattress, and Jorge greeted is soon as we entered. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and very respectful. Jorge answered all of our questions and gave us expert advice on which frame would work best for our needs. We had a very casual and pleasant conversation, and the entire experience felt comfortable and pressure -free.
