I needed a queen bed frame to convert a full frame to a queen. Mattress Firm happened to have just what I needed thanks to April at the Mattress Firm Nicholasville/Pasadena Road location. She had one that was in a pretty beat up box but the contents was just fine and because of the condition of the box, April sold it to me for half price! Look how great it worked out with the other modification pieces I had purchased online from other sources. But thanks to April’s help and the Mattress Firm queen frame, my wife and I are no longer sleeping on the floor. Thank you Mattress Firm!

Excellent experience overall—Amanda was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would highly recommend her. My only disappointment was with the delivery team, who refused to take my bed apart despite being told it was included. They mentioned they don’t do that and had no tools, so I ended up having to disassemble the bed myself.

Our sales associate Brian really made finding and buying a mattress a wonderful experience. My mother is disabled and has been suffering with a poor mattress for years . Brian was so kind and patient with her and even helped her in and out of several beds. He gave us space to explore and was very attentive and patient. My mom and I got matching beds that were both soft and supportive and my mom got the base that included massage to help her with her sciatica. Brian got us several discounts and made the financing very easy.
