We went into this store on black Friday. We placed our order had a really good experience w the store staff who were very knowledgeable w information We needed. We paid for our bed and adjustable frame, was told the order would be in on 12/12. We are still waiting wo any contact unless we call them, and now the truck won't be in again until next Thursday. So this is information for this entire company not just this store. We honored our half of the purchase now it's up to them to honor their half which they have already dropped the ball on w our delivery.
View on GoogleWe had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our new mattress from Mattress Firm! Everyone we interacted with was great, but Lauren was absolutely awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect fit, showing incredible patience and kindness as I tried mattress after mattress. She never rushed me, always listened to my feedback, and used her knowledge to guide me toward the best choice for my needs. Thanks to her, the process was stress-free and even enjoyable. We’re thrilled with our new mattress and highly recommend asking for Lauren if you want exceptional service!

View on GoogleI have dealt with two ladies from the Richmond mattress firm location and they both were terrific. They treated my wife and I with great care and meeted our needs. We are waiting on it to be delivered, If that goes well, there will be no reason not to give five stars.
