We had a warranty claim on a mattress previously purchased at Mattress Firm and they honored it! This motivated us to buy a new one from them. Our sales representative, Bradley, was a real pleasure to work with and his knowledge and patience with us made the difference.

Brad was very helpful in guiding us to find the perfect mattress and base while preparing for a move. He was patient while we tested different mattresses, had great product knowledge and made recommendations based on what we liked, answered all our questions, and made sure to tell us what deals were available to us when purchasing.

Erica and Brad made our shopping experience for a new matress and bed a great one. Made us feel very welcomed in the store, knowledgeable about their products and of course made the final sale. Matress Firm should be proud of these two employees. Sweet dreams 😴

Shout-out, kudos, props and all that to Mattress Firm, Nicholasville Road South--and especially to Bradley! We made our original purchase from Brad; then a few months later, it proved to be defective. We consulted with Brad again when we went back to inquire about it. Brad walked us through the warranty claim process. And then we went back again just today and purchased a replacement mattress--again from Brad. He has been courteous, informative, and helpful to us in every way we needed. A very satisfactory experience all around.
