***Editor, the invitation is in my mother's name. Defective Merchandise and Discriminatory Customer Service ​We paid a premium price for a mattress and pillows, only to receive defective merchandise. While the initial sales experience was excellent, the post-sale customer service was appalling. ​Upon returning to the store to resolve the defect, the staff member at the desk was immediately confrontational, loudly dismissing my concerns. This escalated into a deeply upsetting incident where a salesman began to laugh openly at my expense and my use of a hearing device/headphones, a clear act of mockery and discrimination. This unprofessional behavior was compounded when a second person joined in the laughter. ​Such a profound lack of respect and professional conduct is unacceptable. While the defective item was eventually replaced, I deeply regret this purchase and cannot recommend this establishment. I sincerely hope the owner addresses this staff conduct immediately and offers to right the humiliation and wrong I suffered.
