My person and I only went to mattress firm to check out mattress just to get a feel of what we would like to purchase.We were met at the door by a Pedro, a wonderful new addition to the team. Right away he asked what were our needs in the mattress. Then Micheal in management stepped in and made the experience even better. Ahmed is the type of salesman who could train just about anyone in any field, to motivate developing their expertise. Not only did he genuinely care to help me find exactly what I was looking for but he searched online for clearance circumstances as well. He knew everything about King Imperial mattresses when I never even heard their name before. I melted into the mattress at the store and got a great sale during labor day weekend. He has patience, is very thorough and naturally caused me to make a better decision for my quality of sleep.
