Andy Kent was an incredible asset throughout our furniture-buying experience. I needed to provide furniture options for an entire home for my son, and Andy worked closely with us, providing thoughtful options for each room. This made it easy for my son—who lives in New York—to choose the pieces he liked best. Once selections were finalized, Andy stayed in constant communication and was very flexible in adjusting delivery dates as needed. When the furniture arrived, everything fit perfectly, and my son could not have been happier.

Bruno is a fantastic salesperson and we really appreciated his approach. We came into the store just wanting to look around and he was respectful of our space checking in regularly to see if we had any questions. When we left the store empty handed he was still kind and not pushy at all, just asked if he could follow up. We went to a few other stores but ended up buying from RTG and the purchase was seamless and able to execute from home. The delivery guys were also very respectful, classy and friendly! Thank you Bruno for all your efforts helping us with our new couch!

Andy Kent is a pleasure to work with. For that matter, he was beyond patient with us. We're Snowbirds and started looking for replacement furniture a year ago. He sent us numerous recommendations last year but it wasn't until a couple of weeks ago, when we returned to Florida, that we finally made our purchase. He kept our file current and was available to help us with our purchase.l in the store. He even answered our questions via text on his off days. Great customer service!! As for the delivery and installers, they were timely, professional and very neat. I would use Andy at Rooms To Go for any other future purchases. I highly recommend him!

My sales associate was fantastic. There was a slight flaw in the frame and so the item was discounted. He treated me as if it was brand new. I have been shopping there for years and will continue to do so. Looking at other item to help finish my home remodel
