Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

We had an excellent experience thanks to Luis Pla! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every detail about the mattresses and sleep options available. Luis made the whole process easy and comfortable without any pressure. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers find the right fit. If you’re looking for a new mattress, I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Luis — outstanding customer service!

Staff was polite, courteous, patient and knowledgeable about the various mattresses in the store. They were not pushing us to buy any specific mattress, just answered all our questions. Store is clean and paper sheet was put on the mattresses we lied on. The staff in the store is NOT your typical mattresses sales person as they are employees of the company (Tempur-Pedic); that is what they told us. It was a pleasant, no pressure, shopping experience.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us pick out the perfect mattress for my hubby and I, especially considering we both have very different needs. The mattress we chose was so comfortable (I even got to lay on the bed for an extended period to make sure that it was relieving pressure on all my joints) and customizable. We are very happy with our shopping experience and purchase!

I’ll be upfront and say my wife and I were between choosing a Tempur-Pedic and one other brand. It was clear which to go with when visiting the Ft. Lauderdale Tempur-Pedic store. Craig (the store manager) was what made our experience so great. He was knowledgeable, kind, paid attention to us and listened as well. He made the process easy and comfortable (no pun intended, lol). So I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are in the market for a new mattress. We were very happy with the service provided by the store manger Craig. He was warm, courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. Purchase of our Mattress, base and the pillows were made with little time in spite of having many customers at the store for the Memorial day sale.
