We went in to just look and get an idea of what we wanted but not purchase that day. The sales consultant, Freddie Johnson, was polite and welcoming. She did not pressure us to buy and demonstrated all the features of the set we were considering and answered all our questions. We left that day but we returned to purchase a few days later BECAUSE of Freddie’s customer service and no pressure attitude. Thank you Freddie and to her manager for making this a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend shopping here.

I originally left a 5-star review, but after my experience, I feel I need to update it. When I purchased my couch, the salesperson, Danny, told me that the fabric was liquid-resistant and that water would roll right off of it. He also stated that Ashley Furniture offered a 30-day return policy on furniture purchases. Based on that information, I felt confident moving forward with the purchase. After the couch was delivered, I was disappointed to discover that it was not water-resistant as described. Because the couch did not meet my expectations, I attempted to contact the store to arrange a return. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone by phone, so I drove 30 minutes to the store to speak with someone in person. Once there, I was informed that the actual return policy is only 72 hours, not 30 days as I had been told. While the manager I spoke with was professional, understanding, and genuinely tried to help, the situation stemmed from inaccurate information provided by the salesperson during the sale. At this point, I am stuck with a couch that I would not have purchased had I been given accurate information regarding both its features and the return policy. My frustration is not with the manager or the store staff who tried to assist me afterward, but with being misled during the sales process. I hope Ashley Furniture will do a better job ensuring that customers receive accurate information so others do not have a similar experience.

I am absolutely enraged at the poor service I am getting from Ashley Furniture. Sales person was wonderful, but everything since we plopped down our money has been atrocious and maddening. Have not been able to get to a live person through any communication mechanism. Messages are never returned, texts are unanswered, and they do not answer the phone ever ever ever. I am absolutely livid at what I am dealing with, waiting for communication on my delivery and NO ONE RESPONDS!!!!!! What in the world is happening there and how are they possibly staying in business?!!!

I had a superb experience with Freddie, who provided attentive and informed support throughout my shopping journey. Her patience and willingness to help me weigh my options were greatly appreciated, and her kindness and expertise made the experience even more enjoyable. I will certainly return to shop here, thanks to her excellent customer service.

Freddie was phenomenal! She was very helpful with our choices. Jamie was a pleasure for recommendations as well. A dynamic duo that caters to opinions and very flexible with a welcoming smile.
