We came in looking for a couch within a very specific color range, and Randy was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He gave us the information and assistance we needed without ever being pushy or overbearing, which made shopping with him very comfortable and enjoyable. We actually left to check out another furniture store down the street, but ultimately came back to Rooms To Go because we liked both the couch selection and the customer experience so much more. My husband and I purchased a Helix king mattress and an adjustable base from Rooms To Go. We have purchased furniture from them also over the past 18 years. Our experience with Sales Associate, Carter Wilson, at the Selma Texas location was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable about their products and didn't rush or pressure us to buy on the spot.
