⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience working with Randy at Rooms To Go. We came in looking for a couch within a very specific color range, and Randy was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He gave us the information and assistance we needed without ever being pushy or overbearing, which made shopping with him very comfortable and enjoyable. We actually left to check out another furniture store down the street, but ultimately came back to Rooms To Go because we liked both the couch selection and the customer experience so much more. Randy’s friendly, relaxed approach truly made a difference. We highly recommend asking for Randy if you’re shopping at Rooms To Go. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered our questions thoroughly, and provided guidance without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. What impressed me most was his approach to sales. Unlike experiences many people have come to expect when shopping for furniture, there were absolutely no "used car salesman" tactics, no aggressive upselling, and no feeling that we were being pushed into a purchase. Our experience with Sales Associate, Carter Wilson, at the Selma Texas location was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable about their products and didn't rush or pressure us to buy on the spot.
