Sleep Number

Very inviting and attractive store. Paul was personable and knew his craft. He took time to answer our questions and we never felt pressured. He truly wanted us to have the bed that best fit our lifestyle budget. We love our new Sleep Number Bed. It was a great experience from the time we walked in, made our decisions, and had it installed in our home. We are very happy, well rested customers.

I was told that all the P5 mattress match the base I had purchased at an earlier time. There are plugs on the base that are not plugged into anything. I was charged for premier delivery and set up. The mattress was left half way on the bed and I a 74 year old had to figure out how to do the connection. Sleep Number assumes all people have a smartphone therefore the remote has to be purchased separately with a cost of $64.00. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with sleep number. I would not recommend them as I have in the past. Everything has been left for my husband 77 and I 74 to figure out how to connect . Terrible experience !

Spent time determining which bed would be best for me. Tried different settings, did not push or make me feel rushed. Called several times after it was delivered to be sure I did not have any questions.

Do not buy this product. It was expensive, it solved 0 issues. Less than 2 years later it is uncomfortable to sleep on as one of the 2 air mattresses has a leak. I now have to wake up every 2 hours to reinstate my 2700 dollar matress. Good times.

Store team member Otis took the time to help with my initial order for bedding items. He also assisted greatly with getting the bladder for my bed replaced. He spent more than 3 hours on the phone getting it covered for me. Otis went well beyond his job to make our lives happier with our sleep number. Wish all stores had an Otis. Thank you
