Mattress Firm Goldenrod Marketplace

We recently decided to get a new mattress. We were expecting this to be a lengthy process and we were fully prepared to go to several different stores before finding what we were looking for. This Mattress Firm was our first and last stop! We were greeted by Alex, who enthusiastically jumped in with questions and shared a ton of knowledge. We were on a bit of a tight budget and without hesitation, Alex showed us the more budget friendly options while making sure our sleep needs were still met. We went back the very next day specifically wanting to work with Alex and after a few minutes, we took home a mattress! Alex made the whole experience so enjoyable and really listened and catered to our needs and answered all of our questions. Alex is truly one of a kind!!

I spent 2 afternoons testing mattresses with Indra who was the most patient and understanding salesperson! For those of you who have serious back, neck and hip issues, I would consider making the bed frame a high priority, Indra proved to me the adjustable frame was beneficial with my ailments and almost more important than the mattress even though most time was spent picking out the best mattress for me. She didn’t push the sale and was very knowledgeable about the products. In comparison to other companies, they have a nice quality selection and I highly recommend visiting this location to earn your business!!

When entering the store my wife and I were greeted by Indra R, she asked us what were we looking for and what can she help us with. She was very pleasant and professional and caught our attention quickly, she was very knowledgeable in the inventory they had in the store and soon we had narrowed down to the mattress we were looking for. The visit didn't take longer than 45 minutes and we were happily purchasing the product we needed and wanted! Thank you very much Indra R for making our lives easier! You're EXCELLENT!!!!

Indra has got to be the best salesperson I've ever met at any mattress store ever! If you want to sleep like a log and probably never work another day in your life because you don't want to get out of your bed, this is the place to get your mattress! Be sure to ask for Indra, what a wonderful human being.

I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Indra. From the moment I walked in, she made the process pleasant, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me compare options, and truly cared about finding the right mattress for me. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire visit stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Indra if you want top-notch customer service!
