Matthew was very knowledgeable. He didn't up sale. He asked what we were looking for and our budget. He did point out new updated features since the last time we purchased a mattress and explained the benefits of such features. He was very attentive to our likes and dislikes. He was a very easy sales person to work with and made recommendations for concerns we had before we decided on which mattress to purchase. I would definitely recommend this store, especially working with Matthew.

Eddy was awesome. He made sure we walked away with the best mattress for us, with the best deal. Had all the time in the world for our questions, was very knowledgeable about the products and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed. Great service, great information, and super happy with our purchase.

Anthony the salesman was very friendly and helpful. He got my daughter the right twin mattress and my wife and I got the right queen mattress and for a great price. This was our third purchase from mattress firm and we will not go anywhere else.

Matthew was one of the most professional salesman I have ever dealt with. His knowledge pretty much sold me on the product. I normally wait a day or two before I make a large purchase, but Matthew sold me on the first day. I felt very comfortable buying from him.
