Jess helped us pick out the perfect mattress. She's extremely knowledgeable and experienced as well as professional and super nice! The store is beautifully arranged with something to match every price point. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. Delivery was next day. I knew exactly when to expect the drivers. They were fast and efficient. All around, a perfect shopping experience. I would definitely recommend this location and when the need arises, would not hesitate to buy there again.

Jessica helped us go through a whole tour of the store and different types of mattresses. She knew so much and was able to help us try out different options we hadn’t considered and ultimately, she helped us find the perfect option! 5 Stars! I’ve been in the market for a new mattress for several weeks and just so happened to be meeting a friend for lunch near the Millenia Mall Mattress Firm. With literally 15 minutes to get in and out to get back to work I stopped in, was greeted by Chad and went right to trying out the mattress I’d been looking for. I’m a longtime customer of Beautyrest mattresses and really liked the first one I tried. I told Chad unless he could get me rung up in 10-12 mins I’d have to come back after work. He was able to get me taken care of and on my way in 10 minutes. He was friendly, very thorough and accommodating; I left a happy customer! I’m looking forward to sleeping comfortably in my new Beautyrest and I will definitely return to Mattress Firm when the need arises. Thanks Chad!

Jessica & Francisco were very pleasant & professional. Although, we waited as both were with other customers they took turns checking on us & apologized for the wait. This gave my dad time to lay on a couple of beds for a longer time & truly get a better sense of what he wanted making the wait now feel so bad.

Jessica was amazing and helped us choose the perfect mattress for our daughter. Her advice was very helpful, and the experience was great. We will definitely come back for our other daughter too!
