Sleep Number

We had an excellent experience with our Sleep Number salesperson, Faisal H. He was friendly, personable, and professional from the moment we walked in — never overbearing or pushy. He spoke very politely and thoughtfully as he adjusted the different settings, always making sure we were comfortable and understood what we were feeling. What really stood out was how customer-focused and authentic he was. He took time to genuinely get to know us, shared stories naturally, and built rapport in a way that felt sincere rather than sales-driven. He was also extremely thorough and transparent when explaining the different options, pricing, and potential discounts, which made us feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Overall, he created a relaxed, trustworthy experience and provided outstanding customer service. We truly appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.

We had a great low-pressure experience at this store. Store Manager Cadio was an excellent help, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Faisal really listened to us and we are pretty difficult people to please. We are very finicky about almost everything in our lives so he was ultra patient and we were there for over two hours and he listened to all of our wants and needs to make sure that he addressed everything, his level of professionalism was off the chart good I would highly recommend going to the Sleep Number store in Katy Texas. It is a wonderful experience.

Was in the market for a new bed. The sleep number was highly recommended by all my friends so I decided to stop in. Shawn Prestwood greeted me at the door with a big smile, ready to assist. He asked a couple questions about what my needs were then immediately showed me to my first option. After listening to my feedback and paying attention to what features made my eyes light up, he knew exactly the one to show me next. I made my decision and he made the experience stress free. I can’t wait for my bed to arrive!! Thank you Shawn for helping me through the purchase. It was easy peasy!!

We've been a Sleep Number customers for more than 10 years. Recently moved to a new residential area, we decided to get an updated bed. Shout out to Hamza for helping us selecting our new Sleep Number bed. He is very helpful, patient and he knows his products.
