Mattress Firm Green Brook

Gina was wonderful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. She was very patient and answered all our questions and concerns and she was motivated pushy. Very enjoyable experience.

Tony, was amazing and Mary loves ❤️ her new bed. It was delivered early morning, and took no time for installation. Thanks again for your professionalism.

This is a follow up review. We went in to buy a new mattress and the sales people were very attentive. They helped us pick a mattress to alleviate our lower back issues. We couldn’t decide between 2 mattresses. Judy encouraged us to buy the more expensive one and told us to rest assured if we weren’t happy we had 120 days to exchange it. We wake up every morning with sore lower back still, So we went back to the store to exchange it and now we’re told we can’t get the less expensive mattress we wanted we are only allowed to get something of equal or greater value. They also offered us a discount for putting a review on while we were still in the store, which is why I felt it was important to put this follow up review and let you know they’re l conniving people just booking for the highest sale. .

Met with Steffany at the Linden Heritage Mattress Firm store and she walked me through a number of different styles of mattresses. I was able to try each mattress at my own pace. She was very patient and explained each detail on every product and broke down all the added features. When it was time to make my decision, she was just as helpful along the way explaining all of the perks of the no interest financing and the delivery options there were to offer. The entire process was seamless and streamlined and I couldn't have asked for a more efficient sales person and experience.

The sales person- Anthony, provided a great service at this location. He helped us to find the right mattress based on our needs. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. We definetly recommend this location and this sales guy!!
