I had a great experience today with Steven. He was very thorough while explain explaining to me all the different types of mattresses to choose from based on my individual needs. Looking forward to a great night sleep😍

Zoe was a great help in finding the best mattress for our needs. She is very pleasant, easy to work with and knowledgeable. The store has a very wide selection so having somebody like her to help is great!

Yesterday I ordered and paid in full for full size mattress Full size box spring 4-5 inch shorter size Full size frame What was deliver today and now is in my bedroom is Queen size mattres Full size box 9 inch higher size Full size frame What is amazing is that the men who put it together did not notice that the queen mattress was hanging off one side by 6 inches which means the mattress was a queen mattress on a full size box spring. Box spring was the wrong height and bed so high I need a boost to get on it . Each driver was given a $20 tip and they were about to leave but before they drove away I went up to look at my new bed and saw the problems … I had to stop their truck and bring the driver inside to show him. I showed him it hung off on one size 6 inches and he looked at the order and told me it says full. I told him if it was a full it would not hang over.. Drivers not interested or concerned that perhaps they brought in the 2 wrong sizes . Since the mattress is a sale item maybe others ordered as well. He said call the office and left … so I called and I was told by Zoey even if the right ones were on the truck that the trucks can’t circle back and deliver the correct ones. They can’t do deliver tomorrow since there are no times open. Sunday they have delivery times open and if that’s no good because I had plans for Sunday they have times during the week. I agreed to Sunday. Then I was told she will call me Sunday morning with the time they can come . Mattress Firm got their money since I paid in full and I got a bed I can only sleep on one side and need a boost to get on . I was disappointed that they are not rectifying their mistake ASAP and deliver my replacements in the morning . Shame on Mattress Firm Kathy Rittenhouse

I was very impressed by the service I received. Zoe was excellent. She wasn’t pushy, which can turn a buyer off. Very in formative. She knows her mattresses 👍 The delivery was on time and the gentlemen were professional. I didn’t give a 10 for the reason I didn’t sleep on it yet but I’m sure it will be.

Zoe was amazing! Super knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. I will always go to her for all my bedding needs and also quick delivery! Highly recommend.
