Michael was absolutely amazing to work with! He helped us find the perfect bed for my daughter and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. On top of that, he also guided us through the financing process and made everything so easy to understand. A special thank you as well to Naomy, who handled our billing process so efficiently and professionally. She was friendly, helpful, and made the checkout experience quick and seamless. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service from both Michael and Naomy. Highly recommend working with them!

View on GoogleHaven't had delivery yet but wanted to comment on the exceptional service at the store in N. Plainfield by Armand, Rose and the Manager, Gabriel. We had been running around the past 24 hours from store to store looking for very specific pieces and trying to arrange delivery. We had a lot of questions. We called and texted yesterday after the first visit and came back to the store today. No question was too much, no request went unanswered. Their professionalism was unmatched. They were so patient with us. We were buying a combination of floor samples and a regular item which had different "rules." Everything was meticulously explained. We started with Armand yesterday and finished the process with Rose today. She treated us as if this was her sale. We gained even more insight today from Rose, which is what got us to make the final decision to purchase today. Having a great Manager come out to reassure us about a few things was a huge bonus. A++++++++

Rose Fisher saw me walk in, greeted me right away, and directed me to what I originally came in for. Rose was so efficient and helpful.
