Absolutely terrible experience at Valley City Furniture. We walked in ready to buy, and instead of helping us, the guy ignored us completely. When we left, he actually started talking badly about us behind our backs—beyond unprofessional. Honestly, we’re relieved they’re going out of business because their prices are sky-high for cheap, low-quality furniture anyway. Little did they know I needed to furnish an entire house, and they could have had my business, but instead we got treated with rudeness and disrespect. The person “helping” us seemed like he was on something—definitely not professional or trustworthy. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this place. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually values their customers.
View on GoogleWelcoming sale lady. We had a short conversation in what I was looking for. She understood what my problem in choosing a couch. So many couches I wouldn’t have tried and help me fine more than one. Now having a decisions to make from a large group . Excellent person for help.
View on GooglePoor customer service from the manager. First of all he needs to take a class to learn the proper customer service skills. So disappointed. Michael our sales representative, you deserve a better company to work for. Be thankful they are going out of business, so you can get a real job.
View on GoogleAsk for Patel! He's worked there 26 years and was exceptionally helpful when we were looking for a rocking chair for our nursery. Gave us a great price!
View on GoogleSince they're going out of business they've raised their prices and put a "sale" on to make you believe they're giving you a bargain. The same sofa set bought in January at full price now is selling for $6660 plus a 40% discount which is still higher than the price we paid in January. A fireplace selling at the Eatontown store for 3700 is selling here for 5500. Scammers!!! Buyer beware!!! There is no " going out of business sale" going on
