I’m overly happy about my purchase and I’m glad my online sales person responded me to go to the actual store and try out some mattresses. I went to the Suffolk location very friendly staff but it wasn’t the same experience like greenbrier she knew her products and gave the best recommendations and she was correct. I’m glad I was lead to that store on 6/8 because this young lady usually works at the Volvo parkway location easy to speak with and I’ll be sending more her way that was top tier customer service. I can’t remember her name but I know she travels from NC to give customers a great presentation.

After narrowing down my choices to three, I then proceeded down to two and then one which had availability to take home same day rather than wait to ship. Mrs. Tammy had patience and didn’t pressure to buy anything that I didn’t originally come in store for. She answered all questions with the best of her ability and I came out with a purchase I wanted and discount added😎🤗🥰
