Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

As soon as I walked in somebody come up to talk to me to see what I was looking for. I told him I'm looking for a lift chair with heat and vibration.. she showed me a few and I told her what I need and what I don't need and she showed me the last one and I fell in love with it. I did go look at other stores for something like that that I love there, but there are a little over $1,500 more than what I was getting at Bob's discount furniture. The salesperson was amazing. I came back the next day or two and paid it in full and now I'm waiting for a delivery. I can't wait! Thank you, Bob discount furniture

My wife and I went to several different furniture stores and Bob’s just happened to be our last stop. We were impressed with the staff. We were very happy on the price we received. Note that we were looking at the same sectional across the street and got it for half the price the competitors were offering. They also went further to find ways to save us money. I would have given it 1 star, but I found the recliner I want to buy. As we walked through the store, people were LOUNGING AROUND and playing on their phones. We were looking at different pieces of furniture and when we found the one we wanted, well let's backtrack, we were greeted, asked why we were there and were lazily pointed to where they "maybe" were. So, we trekked through damn near the whole store before finally finding what we were there to buy. *moment to shine* salesperson. Um, no. We scanned the floor... There is 3...yes, 3 salesmen standing around, talking. We just stood there and stared at them for a solid 10 minutes before we finally caught one of his eyes. As we were walking around, sales people did walk by, but not one asked us if we needed help or the like. Wow, we need some training here. Plenty of employees, plenty of laziness. But, nice furniture, just wish it was cash and carry, not a drop ship store.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Bob's, with great prices and huge variety of furniture to choose from. I purchased one piece of furniture and one decorative item, and Paige was very knowledgeable and patient. I also stopped for a snack and coffee in their lounge! I'll definitely be back.
