I walked into the Avon store with my husband we was greeted by Nasim (I probably spelled his name wrong) So sorry But this young man was very nice and knowledgeable and he let us take our time gave us excellent choices and we appreciated him so much. He has a great personality and wonderful customer service skills. We also meet the supervisor on duty Ms Jessica who also was amazing and great personality. We appreciate that store and the amazing customer service that was provided Thank you Mattress firm for making a difficult task very pleasant and memorable as well as delightful. It’s always a great experience when you leave a place happy and smiling and very satisfied. Thank you You are appreciated Nasim And Mattress firm Joyce King
View on GoogleBoth Tara and Angelo were great. Not only was the service amazing, but so was the conversation. They helped me find everything I needed, twin mattress and a full bed frame and a full bed mattress cover. My daughter loves her new mattress. Says it’s very comfortable. My frame is extremely sturdy and a lot more comfortable than my last one. Would absolutely recommend everyone to use this specific Avon location if you’re needing a new bed or bed frame.
View on Google10000/10 experience Tara was very welcoming and sweet and honest which is important when buying a mattress. She was helpful the entire process from pulling down the same bed multiple times for me to try to helping me figure out a payment plan! WOULD 100 percent go BACK JUST FOR TARA
View on GoogleI was looking for mattresses for my twins. I looked online first, and went into the store to see if they were available. We were greeted promptly at the door by Angelo. He showed us around and allowed us to test the available ones in store. We settled on different options, from what we saw online. Yuri, his coworker was kind enough to guide him through the process. Overall a pleasant experience.
View on GoogleI really needed a new mattress as the old one was hurting my back and making a good rest impossible.. When we entered, Tara greeted us with a friendly smile and asked what we needed help with. After I explained what I was looking for, she showed us several mattresses and explained the difference between them, materials, firmness, etc. She explained financing and what each would cost monthly. After I made my decision, she made sure I knew what the delivery process entailed. Made sure I understood the paperwork I was signing, guarantees, etc. Tara was extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
