I’ve been wanting to get a new mattress for a long time. The sales associate, Kay, was amazing. She helped me find the perfect fit and answered all my questions. She was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to sleeping better. Will definitely come here with all my future mattress needs.

My sales person was Kay. She was excellent. She was full of helpful information, things I had never heard from anyone else before. She put in a lot of effort getting me the mattresses I wanted to try,, with no sign of slowing down, and still continued full speed ahead. I give her the top rating. She was the best.

Mattress firm is an excellently run company. We were met by a very professional salesperson at the door. Elaine was articulate and definitely knew the details on all products. She explained the similarities and differences and was the main reason we looked no farther. The next day when my wife and I came in to validate our decisions Elaine was not there but Todd and Terra were and helped close the deal. This company is definitely five star and the sales staff is great. We really appreciate the time Elaine spent educating us on these mattresses and how to match real people with comfort sleeping. But empty store, one manager, two sales specialists. (I have absolutely no idea how they manage to make a profit. But that's a subject for the entire industry I guess. 🫠) Donovan helped me and he was amazing. Knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. Great people person. And not even the tiniest bit pushy. I left woth a link to the mattress I liked the most. Did some research into reviews on my own. Went back with a few more questions, scheduled delivery and paid for the mattress all within 10 minutes. That was one of the most relaxed and efficient purchase experiences ever. ♥️ (Buying a TV from Best Buy or a phone from T-Mobile is so much more hustle.) Price/value: I don't know. I spent less than I was afraid I would have to. But on the other hand, I'm pretty sure the prices and discounts are all made up randomly. It's all foam and springs. How is one $300 and the other one $5,000? 🤓 Store terms: exchanging the mattress if you don't like it is $250, which includes pickup/delivery. (Plus/minus the price difference for the replacement mattress.) That seems fair for returning a used mattress that can't really be sold anymore. There is also manufacturer warranty, and they offered a spill insurance for $100 basically (that goes through the manufacturer of a mattress protector). Overall extremely happy with the experience. It was Saturday afternoon, Monday is a holiday, free delivery will be some time on Tuesday. 🤟
