Mattress Firm Lincoln Plaza

Just left Mattress Firm after buying a new Tempur-Pedic. Brian, the manager could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The guy is an absolute delight to deal With. We had some reservations about spending the money it costs to get into that specific brand, but Brian set our minds at ease and explained the many nuances of sleep tech that can really get confusing. He met our needs with solutions and he gave us the peace of mind needed to decide it was time to buy. It was our 5th store during our hunt for the perfect nights sleep and a no brainer that it was where we would spend our money. Thank you Brian, you have customers for life.

The sales representative was very informed and shared a lot of information that assisted with our choice. He explained the differences of mattresses and the benefits. We had a great customer service experience. 👏

Gary assisted with us with our new mattress purchase last week and he was such a pleasure! He was the most knowledgeable mattress expert we have ever worked with. He was able to explain each mattress and their technologies (even of our previous, since discontinued one), explain sleep science and its impact, and used his experience to share real feedback on each mattress we were considering. We're only a week in, but so far are loving our new mattress. Great experience for a somewhat daunting task.

My salesman Ruan was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the products and just a great guy! Thank you to this man! I was going to buy from a competitor and had no interest in buying from your company until I spoke to this young gentleman! He is a huge asset to your company and brand! Thank you again Ruan for being who you are!! And making a large purchase seem so easy and effortless! I will definitely be back to purchase more mattresses from your company!! Because of this man you got a customer for life!!!!! Thank you!

Tyler was exceptional and very pleasant, even while trying to work with multiple customers! Told him what I was looking for and he had found a fit for me on the second mattress. Hope the mattress works out as good as Tyler.
