Very pleased with this store. Got a great price and they were very helpful. Chair was delivered on time, set up, made sure it worked properly, took away old chair, and removed all of the packaging. The delivery men were very pleasant and I will recommend your company to others who are looking for furniture in the future. I give you 5 stars!! Keep up the good work.

I had an excellent experience at the BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture location in Central Massachusetts. From start to finish, everything about the visit felt easy, pressure-free, and genuinely customer-focused. The location had a great selection of mattresses and furniture at very competitive prices, and it was well laid out so it was simple to compare different options. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Sean and Lindsey were outstanding. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between products without ever making the experience feel rushed or pushy. Sean was especially helpful in walking through mattress comfort levels and helping narrow down the best fit based on what I was looking for, while Lindsey made sure all the details around delivery, pricing, and availability were clear and straightforward. Together, they created a relaxed and welcoming environment that made what is usually a stressful purchase feel surprisingly simple. They were patient, honest, and clearly focused on helping customers find the right fit rather than just making a sale. I left feeling confident in my purchase and genuinely impressed with the service. I bought a couch and two recliners. I just brought my furniture home and everything is great. The price is what it is no haggling. I chose to pick it all up and not have the $175 to have it delivered. My only issue is that I decided to pick it up my furniture in 2 trips, all brand new sealed in boxes. I brought the couch home first then drove back to get the recliners. it was then I was asked to signed a slip that stated all sales are final and that I thoroughly opened and inspected the furniture. I think it would have been a little more appropriate to ask me to sign it when I arrived as opposed to signing it after I brought the largest piece home. Aside from that..I will definitely shop there again. The place is great ! Great selection, Great prices!!!

When to box drop completely clueless not knowing what couch we wanted for our family, and left excited and satisfied after finding the perfect set for us! We got our living room set shipped and it came fast and efficiently, and we are enjoying it very much. I highly recommend box drop

I went to Boxdrop because we recently moved and we knew our sectional sofa was not going to fit in our new living room. I was looking for something I could get pretty quickly. Boxdrop did not disappoint. I went in on a Thursday night, the owner was very nice and helpful. The furniture is all great quality and amazing prices. Our new Signature by Ashley sofa and loveseat were delivered the next day! My family loves it! I highly recommend Boxdrop!
