Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We went to 4 furniture stores before we walked into Bob's. It was on a black Friday afternoon. Although the stores weren't packed, not a single sales person had come talk to us about what we are looking for in all those 4 stores. Ashley was the worst. We were there for almost an hour and NOT a single person helped us. But we saw them helping other people that just walked in. I guess we didn't for their profile of client who buys. We walked into Bob's and Chris greeted us at the door and asked us what we're looking for. Right away. We told him that we're looking for dining tables and He showed us the dining tables. We actually found the marble table that we loved and bought. Chris also showed us coffee tables and reclining chairs. We bought a marble coffee table even though we didn't plan on it. The collection is good. Not as big as Bernie and Phyls and not as discounted as Ashley but The service is the best. When we saw that we were being charged $50 extra for insuring the coffee table due to a glitch in the system, I asked Chris to work it out with a manager and he did. We got that $50 knocked off right away. Chris helped us in scheduling the delivery without any rush. He stayed with us the whole time even though it wasn't very clear that we were going to buy or not. He was patient, attentive and very friendly. Most importantly he made us feel welcome. He even gave us his cell phone number in case we have any delivery issues cuz we are gonna return from California including that time. Chris really went above and beyond and made this experience special. I'll be returning again for some more furniture in the future. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs. If you are management and you're reading this, please Give Chris a raise.

Sales person was very helpful in addressing my needs. Pleasant, professional and no pressure at all. The process of opening a charge there for this purchase was quick and easy. He explained the terms of that charge clearly. Thankfully this recliner was in stock and the delivery time given was prompt. I have also purchased my mattress there last year. Bob’s does not disappoint.

Wilson and his assistant Johnathon were the perfect delivers last week Feb 13. Wilson kept me posted about timing ,arrived on time and they were very careful, well dressed and polite. Wilson handled the entire delivery process very organized and professional Jonathon put my chairs in a way that look great and I decided to leave it that way.Even Allen in the showroom was outstanding.Bobs discount furniture is incredible fortunate to have all three of these employees.
