Purple - Fig Garden Village

My husband and I purchased a purple pillow each the manager Margaret was absolutely the best she made this experience Great! Margaret helped us find the perfect pillow for each our needs and the perfect mattress ! I have not had any headaches since this change in my pillow and i feel well rested. We also recommended to our daughter and she has had the best sleep as well.

Won’t stand behind their products! Updated Review — 1 Star I paid $250 for the Purple King Tall Pillow hoping it would help my wife’s ongoing neck pain. After 10 months, the pillow no longer supports her head properly and has started causing back pain as well. We went through the full warranty process — multiple emails, 15 photos, and a lot of back and forth — only to have our claim denied. The response was basically, “Sorry,” with a link back to their warranty policy. This will be the last Purple product we buy. Beware: they advertise a great warranty, but the process is frustrating, and if they decide not to honor it, you’re out of luck.

I really wanted to love this pillow, I was even excited to hear it was on sale for Labor Day, but if I'm honest it was the WORST sleep of my life. My neck hurts, I kept tossing and turning, and shoulder pain. This sounds weird and has never happened to me but my arm went NUMB and was in so much pain this morning. The worst part is was the pillow was so heavy I couldn't even push it off the bed to sleep without a pillow. I also don't want to name the sale associate that helped us but I really didn't like the experience too much. It felt like just because I was only buying a pillow I wasn't valued. I will be updating to see how it goes with the return process - I am going to return ASAP :(

What an all-around FUN and incredible experience! I've been thinking about getting a Purple pillow for at least a year or so, and was pleasantly surprised to learn there was a showroom in Fresno. It's absolutely worth going in-store to test and experience the products in person. They have such a nice variety—without it being too overwhelming—and all Purple products really do speak for themselves when you try them in person. They're insanely well-made, and truly unlike anything else out there. Each of the employees here created such a friendly, no-pressure experience, that trying out everything the showroom had to offer honestly felt like a shopping trip out with friends! Tasha was especially kind, considerate and extremely helpful. It's evident that each person working here is happy in the job, genuine with the customers, and knowledgeable about every product on their (beautiful) showroom floor. Tasha even gave me an adorable little goodie bag just for coming in, that had the CUTEST miniature Purple mattress squish toy (pictured) 😂👍 They also gave me a few extras for my friends to enjoy, just as I was heading out with my new pillow. As someone who was already intrigued by the Purple brand, going into the showroom and having such a great experience from the employees has now turned me into an absolute fan and lover of the brand. I'll definitely be back for more! Thank you to Tasha and the other sweet ladies for doing your jobs so wonderfully; keep it all up! 🙌

I came into the Purple showroom looking to purchase some pillows and bedsheets. Angelica helped me find the perfect pillows and was very kind and helpful. She even helped me when I hit an unexpected snag with my credit card being expired. I highly recommend coming into the Purple store to try out their products.
