I had an excellent experience with Devlon at Mattress Firm. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Devlon explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was also friendly and fun to talk to, which made a real difference. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and would gladly recommend him to others!
View on GoogleAubrey was great explaining the warranty issues and getting us taken care of. We went to the store and laid on several different mattresses and found a Purple that we could agree on. Marvin helped us and was great. Walked us through each one, looked around town to see if other locations might have one that my wife liked. We had it delivered a few days later and the delivery crew were fantastic. Delivered, setup, and cleaned up after all 3 mattresses. They were on time, they were fast, and respectful of our home.
View on GoogleWe went to the Mattress Firm in Meyerland Plaza last Saturday, the 29th of August, looking to replace our 11+ year old Mattress. Devlin, our salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and great to deal with as he helped us to pick out our new Tempur-pedic Mattress and also was very helpful in maximizing the sales discounts for us which we truly appreciated. He answered our many questions patiently and was not pushy in any way. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone shopping for a new Mattress at Mattress Firm. In addition, the delivery process was so smooth, think it was the most efficient and quick delivery we have ever had, and our delivery crew was excellent.
View on GoogleSales/ Inventory: Devon tried hard to get me a good deal. However, inventory was messed up so the discounted mattress I tried to purchase was heavily damaged. The next best deal was $1000 more. The time it took to do this made the best local deal (at JCP) no longer available. The delivery crew gets 5 stars; they were in and out with the right product, no fuss no muss
View on Google"Devlon at the Meyerland store was exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattress options and took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. Instead of pushing a high-ticket item, he gave us great choices across several price points. Once we made our selection, setting up delivery was quick and seamless. The whole experience was comfortable and completely stress-free. Highly recommend working with Devlon!"
